Why launch a blog? Well, for starters I’d like to think I’m a bit of a storyteller. I love sharing anecdotes of my adventures, travels, work and passions with people, and a blog seemed like an optimal platform to do it. But in saying all that, the genesis of this idea was really, actually, more holistic. I wanted to create a space that wasn’t just about me. A place where like-minded men and women could find inspiration for their own lives whether it’s in the world of décor, food, fashion, travel or entertaining. A place of which friends can share their life experiences, while also feeling encouraged to perhaps try something new. A place where, in the middle of, say, a bad week someone can find a laugh or maybe even find a bit of solace if the mood dictates.
My audiences and my clients are what excite me and I find inspiration daily from all of them. It is my hope I can do the same with this new readership here. This blog is intended to champion, not dictate and that’s why I put so much time and purpose behind its name: Crafted means our content is carefully curated for you. It will be void of silly proclamations like “You must have this!”, or “You need to have that!”. This is not the place for the selling of things, or the marketing of me. It is, I hope, about you: What you want, what you need and what ways I can help you navigate – and celebrate! – your everyday lives with tips, tricks and solutions to living a most beautiful, stylish, dynamic, thoughtful and delicious life!
